    I am happy to say that this is only the second one of these I have purchased in 17 years. The only reason I had to purchase a new one was the first one wore out. I love the quality of this product. The 2nd one seems to be as durable as the first one. I will continue to use this daily. The cloths pick up everything from salt to fallen hair. I would recommend this to everyone.

    The pillow is very thick and the weight of my head does not compress and conform leaving my head up too high and not align with my spine. So I've been using it to prop on my headboard when watching TV.

  • Candy K. Woodward - Hope you don't have to deal with customer service

    I don't know about the product itself. I do know if you have any dealings with customer service you will get nowhere. I have called several times getting nowhere and wanted to talk to a supervisor and was told they where busy and would call me back. Right! Another time could not find any information about my order and wanted my credit card number again. I wouldn't give it. This to me is pretty bad customer service, plus they are very hard to understand.
