One reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is: other than points of interests there is little change from previous version 2010. Second reason is routes will not transfer to my Garmin GPS. I still find this map program the easiest to use and best all around available for trip planning and the price is far.

My review of the product: I tried this product on my face as well as on a scar. Yes, it did make my skin softer but it feels uncomfortable. If you roll it on all over your face when it dries it makes you face feel tight (like it's going to crack if you smile). I was aware of the product on my face and it kept me from sleeping comfortably at night. After two weeks, I still could not get used to it. If you have a scar or skin issue in a specific area, it may be worthwhile used in a small area, but it does not feel good all over the face. My review of the company: They seem like a start up and are disorganized. They accidentally sent me a duplicate shipment due to a mistake made by their sales rep that I spoke to on the phone and now they will not refund shipping fees and in addition charged a penalty for restocking that I was not told about in advance. Apparently, they don't take responsibility for their employees and claim the mistake is not their fault. Their advice was to work it out with the employee who should reimburse me out of her own pocket (like I'm ever going to hear from her again!). Beware should any errors be made with your order!

Very happy with this seat. I was able to get a secure install in a Fiat 500 without the rebound bar. I like that it has a metal frame, and good side protection. Helps me feel more secure about having the baby in such a tiny car. It is not the cushiest, as others have mentioned, but it is one of the best seats on the market. It is easy to tighten the straps, which is a major pain with other convertible seats.

Ordered the Parent Child Testing Product 5-Pack as a Chanukah gift for my friends who are recent parents. Box arrived Christmas Eve, but was empty. Christmas morning, noticed a suspicious red puddle under empty box. Box was now full of dead rats clearly not placed there by me. Cleaned rats and called parents to wish them happy holiday, but was told they had both gone missing during the night (stepmother missing as well). Still no word from them. Am now also receiving vaguely threatening phone calls of heavy breathing nightly (roughly 3 AM). Is this part of the test? Surely Parent Child Testing Products would test parents and children together, not kidnap or otherwise harm one of said groups?

Smells wonderful in package! Only used this product on my twist out which came out cute but made my hair smell horrible. I had to rewash my hair because it smelled. Disappointed but I do like the curl maker!
