I start using it almost 15 days back..i feel little growth in my lenghth,,but my hairs are so soft, shiny and silky compare to earlier.

I tried the Insanity program last Summer and because I was pretty out of shape I found it to be very difficult. Somehow I ended up making it half way through, but then after sustaining an unrelated injury I had to take a break. Fast forward 12 months and about 8 additional pounds, I REALLY needed to do something. I wanted a program that was not as daunting as Insanity. I loved Shaun T so, I ordered this program and started it 1 1/2 weeks ago. The 1st week I loosely followed the 5 Day Fast Track eating plan and ended up losing 3 lbs and 6 inches overall. So far this week I am down another 1.6 lbs. I find the workouts challenging, but not impossible. I have modified my eating habits. Protein shake in the morning, followed by healthy lunch and dinner and two snacks. I have eliminated all junk food and try to satisfy my sweet tooth by eating fresh fruit. Also, I have started a whole new relationship with water. I drink 80 ounces a day. Hope my review helps you decide if this program is right for you.

I really enjoyed the dynamic characters and well developed story line. Jane's character is strong without beating you over the head with it. One of the few new scifi authors that has done some fact checking before jumping into a space themed novel. I'm not one for love stories or romances, but the clashing characters made for a great dynamic between them. After all, being cooped up in confined quarters for that long, something is bound to happen. It was a few pages and tastefully written. The cliffhanger at the end really gets you going, looking forward to a possible sequel.

I've purchased the original Ojon Restorative Hair Treatment and I loved it. I've transitioned my hair to natural (you can guess I'm African-American) and during the transition I stopped using it. It took a few years to transition and after many trials of using other products I needed a good leave-in product. So I dug out my original Ojon and I loved it all over again.

Purchased to replace 2006 version and on installation chose not to keep old program. Installed quickly with indication of successful installation. Would not start, indicating mfc100.dll missing from computer. Followed instructions to reinstall with same result. Tried uninstalling program, rebooting, then installing again - many times. Same result. Can not get this program to run, so will return and look for another product on Amazon.

As an HR Professional this book was a little disheartening. I used this book as a reference in studying for my PHR exam. It really didnt provide the relevent information I needed concerning the laws and idnt touch much on best practices in my opinion.

This is a great way to collect the National Park quarters! It is a tri-fold book. Closed it measures 12 3/8" by 13 3/8". It opens to 37 1/2". A little larger than some books, but this gives you plenty of room. Inside, there is a nice map so each quarter goes with its state. The holes for each quarter are a good size. Just a little push and they go right in and fit securely enough to stay in place. You can put one mint in the map and there are extra spots on the side to put the other mint. Or just hold duplicates if you are saving two. Overall, a great product. Bought two, one to keep and one for a present.
