I tried this jerky and It was ok. I did not taste anything as far as seasoning. It just tasted like meat. I did like the texture was much softer than normal beef jerky, much less easier to eat, but then after I opened the bag I received on 9/23 I noticed it had a sticker on it dated 9/20/16. This looked like an expiration sticker to me and I contacted the company and they said they will send me a new bag. They also said the sticker on the bag is for the date they bagged it. They probably should make that clear on the sticker. customer service seemed helpful so I am currently waiting for the replacement bag to try to see if this will taste and better.
I like the simplicity of this study guide. All too often when I have used other study guides they try to pack way too much information in which makes it overwhelming or they are organized poorly which creates a lot of confusion and defeats the purpose of a study guide. This guide is laid out well and simple to follow. Since I am not the greatest at math, I really like the section where they review some basic math problems regarding fractions, etc. As one other reviewer mentioned there are a couple of typos but I'm not going to get all bent out of shape about it. I take this guide for what it is...another way to study to prepare for the exam but of course it's only part of the overall preparation for the exam. I did receive this product at a discount in exchange for my honest review and I would feel comfortable recommending this guide if you want a well organized and easy to follow study guide.
This knife was unfortunately not made in the US. This is my first and biggest gripe, but it is a solid, well-built knife. The locking mechanism is simple to use one handed and securely held the knife during my numerous kayaking trips this past year. Overall, the knife is slightly shorter than I would prefer for a rescue/emergency knife. I have smaller hands, but the small handle still makes it hard to grip the knife.
