Great all around indoor ball. The grip allows me to set the ball fairly descent; additionally I can get a really good standing floater serve in. The only thing that concerns me is that I do have to check the PSI before every use. It does seem to require some air more often than not; but then again this is my first ball I've ever purchased so I don't know if all balls require that or not. Either way, this is my go to ball.

I was not impressed with the booklet that accompanied the product. It seemed very simple, plain and written by a high school student. There were no real eating guidelines. It mentioned having lean proteins like chicken and fish, vegetables and complex carbs. There were no recipes and or daily sample guides of what to eat.

I like the layout of this book. Each fable has its own page, so the reader can write their own lessons learned from the fables. As well, the introduction in this book is actually informative and helpful.

This cleanse will KICK YOUR BUTT!! and in a good way. If you want to lose a few pounds fast and improve your overall health, but don't want to commit to a long cleanse, then this is the cleanse for you!! This cleanse is very intense though and I highly recommend that you remember to drink ALOT of water with this product.
