It's good for the price but not as good as Rosetta stone. The Spanish taught in this program isn't Latin American Spanish if that is important to you. The videos look amateur and the cds sometimes froze and I had to take it out my laptop and reinsert the disc. It does allow you to move at your own pace however I lost interest in the program very quickly.

My teeth look super white when done but that wears off really quick. By the next time you eat. I tried not eating for 12 hours after treatment and the super white still goes away. I do believe my teeth have whitened a shade or two after continuous use.

I just finished day 40 on these drops and they are great. I lost 25 pounds, staying on a diet under a 1,000 calories a day with no carbs. I am very satisfied with these and plan to go back on them for another 40 days once I am past the holidays. One of the things I like about them is that they taste good so it's not a chore to take them. I wish they came with a suggested diet though.

I am so excited about this book. I have read it from front to back and am so thrilled at the information that it gave me. Truly understanding Arthritis, why we get it and what to do to stop it's progression is very exciting to me me. At 55 my fear was having it cripple me, like I see so many others.
