This book is honest, thorough, and practical in its presentation of data from research. Some may argue about how precise it is, statistically. The author is trying to impart anecdotal and empirical support for leadership successes, not prove that they are statistically and mathematically perfect. The book is loaded with good information for all who are interested in leadership to follow. Additional information and knowledge that I, as a consultant, would recommend reading in order to attain a complete understanding of leadership (outside the scope of "Good to Great"), is a simply written book I recommend to my clients called, "West Point", by Norman Thomas Remick. I give some clients a copy of James C. Collins' "Good to Great" and clients in other fields different ones. To all, however, I recommend getting that book on the basic philosophical principles that underpin leadership in order to fully understand leadership, and effectively be a good leader.

This item arrived fast and was well packaged. I bought this to make sirloin burgers with, I don't like prepackaged burger meat. So far this grinder has been great for grinding flank steak and tbones into some of the best burger meat ever. It is easy to assemble and stays attached to the counter by a suction cup. My only bad about this machine is that the suction cup can come off at times and the parts seem a little cheap, but so far they have held together just fine so i cant complain. The machine is super easy to assemble and has two different blade attachements. The overall machine is made out of a thick plastic.

This product was designed specifically for my car, but it was bit more difficult to install than i thought. Worth the effort once completed.

To the people considering buying this: Ask yourself this question: If losing weight was this easy, then why are there hundreds of examples in museums of crap like this from the last 150 years? How does it make sense that wrapping an ace bandage around your waist will cause you to lose weight? Women wore corsets for centuries and not one of them has ever claimed to be losing weight just by wearing it. Anyone who tries to tell you that anything not requiring diet and/or exercise will help you lose weight is a SCAM ARTIST.
