This is a long term review of the Sole F63 treadmill. I purchased from Dick's Sporting Goods and purchase the 3 year extended warranty. August of 2010 will be the end of the third year so far I have had the console replaced twice because the display was starting to fade out in certain places and have replace the front roller once because one of the magnets that controls the speed kept falling out and the roller started squeaking. Also had the "running" deck replaced and I imagine it is going to break again. I bought this treadmill thinking it was for running. I haven't really seriously used this machine till the summer of this year as I had increased my running up to 25 miles per week, 6 - 8 miles per hour. I think this is the reason the running deck broke. I would recommend buying a more heavy duty treadmill, but if you were like me you could not afford it. At least buy the extended warranty. I have received pretty good service from the warranty company. Hope this long term review helps.. Final words buy a better machine if you really plan to use it for running.

This cologne came on time and smells great. It smells very husky and masculine. Really attractive bottle and I love the designs and engravings. The only think though is the cap on the cylinder packaging is a little wobbly and won't completely keep put. But I love the cologne because of its smell.

Absolutely the best hair product out there! After you towel dry your hair use 2-3 squirts and gently rub in the palm of your hands. Work your hands through your hair (not on top) your hair will be easy to comb and is no longer frizzy and looks healthy!

I did the full 10 days and followed the recipes to the "T". The first 6 days I really felt awful, the next 4 I just felt "ok". I really don't eat many carbs, sugar, dairy or consume much caffeine so I thought this would be a breeze. At the end if the 10 days I felt no different, only lost a couple of lbs and the labor intensiveness of this program for this working mom really wore me out. This was not for me...
