My daughter was born last November, so I have been pregnant or lactating for over a year and a half. I have taken a variety of prenatal vitamins and other supplements. This vitamin has many nutrients that were not found in my other pills. I love that there is lactation support in this because now I am a nursing mom. Most prenatal vitamins say they are for pregnant and nursing mothers. Even though this one can be used with pregnant moms. the lactation support makes it one of my favorite nursing mom vitamins. The pills are a good shape and size for swallowing, and I had no aftertaste with them. As with many pills, it can be difficult to know if they are truly helping a person have better nutrition and see how their health has improved. I chose this bike because it offers both lower & upper body exercise. When unboxing the bike, we noticed that the two plastic pieces at the base below the seat were cracked in transit. Amazon offered to replace the bike, but other than the cosmetic cracks, it worked very well. Instead I emailed the manufacturer, and they are sending the replacement plastic parts. The bike is very sturdy and works smoothly.
