My first time using this product on my 4c Mane and I am loving the texture of my hair already...Just finished twisting my hair....I sprayed water and use a tiny portion per strand to twist ...thats all it takes to keep my hair twisted and elongated...lets see what it will look like tomorrow...will be back with more update.

Amazon Customer - Great product and great taste!!

I've used different protein products in the past and this 1 seems to work best for me. I just switched the time that I drink this so hopefully I'll see better results. Overall, I really like it and I'm not as sore after I work out. Plus it tastes great!!!

Angel Loomis - Smelly but they do the job

These are fairly big tablets, not capsules, and fairly odorous as well. You definitely want to take them with food. If not, you will experience aftertaste! There is other ingredients besides the biotin, which really helps your hair and nails as far as their condition. I've noticed my hair is stronger, grows faster and my nails no longer peel like they did before I started using biotin. Nothing too earth shattering with the other ingredients. Definitely take 2 daily to get your best biotin dose, so this bottle will last you a month. I will continue to take a similar supplement, but they don't all have such an odor, that part turns me off.

Misslilly - great product!!

I purchased the capsules and also the oil a few weeks ago intially for hair shedding and general well being. Im quite amazed with it, i drink two capsules a day and feel great no tiredness more energy also for those wanting to loose weight it works by controlling your appetite i hardly feel hungry. The verdict for hair is i have noticed less shedding and more thickness and volume as i do rub some oil on my scalp overnight or sometimes an hour before i wash it. I have also tried the oil on my face as a mask for half hour and washing it off, it does make your skin glow. Another thing this blessed black seed oil works on is fading scars, by this i mean burn scars a few months old and its only been 2weeks of use i rub the oil morning and night i have noticed a improvement. Its truly wonderful i wonder what else it will help its been great so far i highly recommend it to everyone.
