The book is an interesting review of how habits serve as a fundamentally different type of recall than we typically think of when we talk about of memory. The author thinks that habits are effectively subroutines that operate below our consciousness and allow us to process tasks and ideas without using as much higher order thinking – which creates mental efficiency. This summary was concise and had a smooth flow. There were enough examples to clarify the key takeaways and make them memorable.
Let me start off by saying I am in the Psychiatry field and I study a lot about sleep patterns and sleep issues. I noticed that I could hardly remember any of my dreams. So I did some reading and found if you drink a glass of Apple juice before bed it would aid in more vivid dreams. Well it does work but then I heard about Alpha Brain and tried this product. Wow the first couple of nights I took this with apple juice my dreams were crazy vivid and lucid and pretty much very night after too. My memory seems to be a lot better too an my brain seems to just work more efficient.
Hundreds less than the dealer wanted, easy to install, especially with two people. Only complaint is you need to check which way to face them as if you do it wrong you have to switch them as the caps won't fit.
