I though this would provide more info than the book ("What Color Is Your Parachute?") but what's inside are the same exercises... so if you have the book or are getting it, then you don't need this. On the other hand, if you don't want to read all of the insightful text of Bolles's original book, then this is a nice book of exercises! :) [I'd just recommend the original text, though.]
I love Optimum Nutrition Protein Protein and have been a loyal user for quite some time. It is a great combination of whey protein isolate and whey protein concentrate, about a 50/50 split between these two types of protein, which is a perfect ratio. I take this product first thing in the morning and immediately following my workout, helps keep my body in an anabolic state. I also take ON Cassein before bed, and the slow release proteins feed my muscles all through the night. The Cassein doesn't taste quite as good as Gold Standard, but it isn't too bad for Cassein. ON has great protein products and I wish they made a good Testosterone booster. I recently found a great testosterone booster called Testorex by Nutratech

This has been the best insecticide I've ever used by far! I always find tons of dead insects for days after aplication. I use it once a season and keeps my home insect free.
I purchased an 8 pack of assorted colors September 22, 2014 for $22 (Prime) because I was convinced it would be useful for many types of repairs. I stored the package in an unlit area with an average temperature of about 67F). Yesterday (May 28, 2015) I opened the first package (black) to repair a broken part from a lawn tractor. The packet content was fully cured and unusable. The label states "USE BY 02 AUG 2015". There is no way to determine how long the contents of this packet might have been usable, but it is a fact that this packet was unusable eight months from the date of purchase. The $22 cost is not the isssue - shelf life is not as claimed.
