  • J. Blythe - Doesn't work, no support

    This is the first online review I have ever written. But I felt I really needed to warn others against this product. It works fine for a few backups then says "Operation Failed" and then will not even begin a backup. The only way I've been able get it to work when this happens is to uninstall and reinstall. Then it works a few times, then quits. I called support to ask for help and they said I needed to pay for them to get their software to work. I've not only lost my original (though relatively small) investment for the cost of purchase, but hours of my precious time trying to get it to work. Save your money. Save your time. Buy something else.

  • Thoughtful - OK for the $

    Not expensive of nuclear powered but it does the job for minor pain. The pads are a bit pricey but manageable. Probably not as convenient to use as a high dollar unit but for around the house it is fine.

    I bought 5 of these guns and every one work perfectly. They are simple and easy to fire and not overly powerful for play in the house. My 6 year old grandson, 2 boys 25 and 28, Mom 61 and I 59 had a great time shooting each other and playing war around the house at Christmas.
