    The program is doing what I wanted from it altho it isn't as "user friendly" as the previous program - Hallmark as well - that I used.

  • Arthur Dent - Criteria for effectiveness hard to specify

    Taking the supplement as suggested seemed to produce an improvement in mood, but it's difficult to say the supplement was the cause rather than some other change, the passage of time, etc. There was no clear "before vs after" change, or a complete vanishing of the mood problem addressed. If interested, I'd suggest a trial and strict observance of the limits suggested by the manufacturer.

    This text is fantastic. I'm learning so much about myself. I left my last job rather abruptly, but instead of rushing into another job that pays the bills, I decided to try to find what I love. This book has some great exercises that have given me more clarity not only in what I like but what I'm good at, too. If you're looking for a new job or another career, start here. Really, it's the only book you need (trust me, I bought four, and this is the best). PS You don't need the workbook as a companion. This book has all of the exercises in it. I'll probably try to sell the workbook on ebay or something. :)

    This book has some very valuable information in it. That being said, the "diet" itself did nothing for me. I typically eat dairy at every meal so this was quite a challenge for me and I felt no difference after the diet except that I craved...dairy. I did not lose any weight, not that I wanted to but I thought I would, inadvertently. It was a challenge to figure out what to eat on this thing. I ate mostly seeds/nuts/whole foods, which is actually really great for you but I thought I would "feel" better and I just felt like I wanted some cheese. I would eat an avocado for breakfast or snack for example, which got old...I missed eggs.

    DEFINITELY NOT $156 BOOK!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED IN QUALITY OF BOOK FOR THE PRICE!!!! OPAQUE(silver scratch off stuff) WAS ALREADY SCRATCHED OFF!!!! DO NOT BUY THIS BOOK FOR MORE THAN $30-40!!!! IT'S NOT WORTH ANY MORE THAN THAT!!!!!
