JLash - Hair definitely feels like its thicker and has more body

I swear by this shampoo. I absolutely notice a difference in hair quality with both the shampoo and conditioner. My hair feels clean, and I don't notice any build-up. Hair definitely feels like its thicker and has more body. I've also noticed new growth along my hairline. Will continue to use this line for a long time. Thank you!

Jim McGee - Bravo Remington!

I'm refraining from a 5 star review for 2 simple reasons: only when my treatments have been completed and I can assess the long-term results will I be able to definitely give it an extra star or not. And secondly, as other reviews have noted, the IPL cartridge that comes with the I-Light Pro appears to be defective for a significant number of buyers, including me. Mine just died today well well short of the 1500 zaps promised, I intend to contact Remington about this.

darkmatter - Antivirus software should not cripple my system or cost me valuable troubleshooting time that I could spend otherwise...

Promises a transparent user experience but instead this was silently preventing my host file from being updated by a script that I wrote to update my host file periodically. My system was crippled for days and I had no idea. Antivirus software should not prevent the normal functioning of my system and should take no action on my behalf without my knowledge.

R. Heitman - BEWARE OF STORING BATTERY ON CHARGER BETWEEN USES!

Love this vacuum, but there is a BIG issue that the manual that comes with this unit does not mention! DO NOT STORE THE BATTERY ON THE CHARGER! Maybe I should have known this, but not having any other appliances that run on this type of battery, I didn't. The bottom line is that after owning this for less than a year, I just discovered that I need to purchase another battery (at a cost of $62) before I can use this vacuum again. I called Hoover and was told that I ruined my original battery by storing it on the charger. The most annoying thing about this is that in going back over the manual, it says NO WHERE that this shouldn't be done and that is totally unacceptable in my opinion. I'm hoping my review will keep someone else from making the same mistake I did. When this vacuum works, it is EXCELLENT, but it is very irresponsible of Hoover not to point out how to properly recharge the battery.

Joseph Pascale - and it did not make a good 1st impression on me

When I got this box from amazon, it was dented, torn and was held closed by a piece of scotch tape. I think the appearance of a product is very important, and it did not make a good 1st impression on me. Personally I was not a huge fan of the smell of it. I left it in for about 15minutes, and then rinsed it out. It left my hair feeling weighted down, and not to soft. But I 100% noticed a difference in the texture of my hair. My hair was a lot more tame and less frizzed after the shower. Was definitely nice since today was a humid day out, which normally leaves my hair crazy.

P. McKenzie - Natural Tick Repellant

30 years ago, my sister competed with her quarter horse in Versailles, Missouri in competitive trail rides. Riders and their horses were coming in loaded with ticks after each days ride. Neither I nor my sister had any ticks and Ranger only had two because we bathed with Basic H and she washed Ranger with it as well. Highly recommend it.
